2007 is here. This is the first entry of the year and I wish all my readers a very happy and blessed 2007 ahead of you.
So how was 2006? I would give it a 8/10. Why?Just because I've gone through a whole year of NS unscathed.
I had just 1 simple resolution for 2006 which was to just get past the year fast.I know it may sound stupid because it is something that is bound to happen, but when someone is on the brink of desperation and that so many uncertain things do happen in the army(kena charged, break a leg etc), it is really worth something looking forward to.

And so here it is,2007. Resolutions for the year? Hmmmm..I do not know just yet. Maybe try doing well when my school starts? Less drunken fuelled clubbing?(More of that later). Ya but 1 thing I know that I want to achieve is to get to know the people around me better and forge closer relationships with each other, and also, to maybe have a deeper set of thinking and start growing up to be a mature young adult. Haha, I know some of my friends should be laughing by now after reading this but to hell with you :)

New Year's countdown was spent at Mambo Jumbo @ Expo. The crowd was slightly disappointing as even kids the age of 16 could have entered legally. Also, they treated our favorite Mambo Jumbo like 1 big circus when the people on the podium started doing the actions. This is not to mention that they can't drink and so were definitely not high, which is absolutely detrimental to the party atmosphere. Another point of note is that this is the first time in my life that I see that in a so-called makeshift club, cups of bubble tea are being sold. Is this Teletubbies live in Singapore or what. Never mind, we being the party animals will always create a party among ourselves and our bottles of gin and Malibu are our fuel to paaarrtttyyy 2006 away. The music was great although the crowd wasn't and we did manage to have a countdown to 2007.
Then, the unevitable happened. People started to get drunk and danced around as if everyone in the club is his friend. Then, bang! They just collapsed to the ground. Sorry for the lack of pictures to fully illustrate what I'm talking about . Thereafter, going home is a major chore with the drunkards around, but thank God everyone managed to reach home safely to begin 2007 safely.

1 resolution that I have after this night, and it is the 1st lesson out of many that we will learn for the rest of the year. And it is responsible clubbing. I am one who always believe that alcohol is a key ingredient to a great party but when one goes past his limit, people around him are affected and inconveniences are caused, which definitely do not make it a great party. So in the new year, I hope that all my readers, along with myself, will club responsibly and while we can drink, do not exceed our limits and also to echo what the police says, Don't Drink and Drive.(That's for you Paul. And for you too Joseph)

Lastly, BigBroHu wishes all his readers a very happy and satisfying 2007.
